Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

February 28-March 5th 2025

This is so much more than a vacation! Join Chase and Sophia on a week long yoga retreat at Lake Atitlan in Guatemala!

In Mayan culture, “atitlan” translates to “the place where the rainbow gets its colors.” There is an immediate sense of renewal that this retreat offers. A regathering of what makes you, YOU! Designed to emulate the process of rebirth, this retreat will open our hearts to new beginnings. Through exploration, connection, expression, and embodiment practices, we can promise you a reconnection with your truest nature.

We will be fully immersed in the Mayan community for 5 days! It is believed by natives and travelers this lake is the belly of Madre Tierra or Mother Earth. Allow these 5 days for yourself to get curious about what makes you happy. By the end you will have tapped into your resilience to be bold enough to pursue what sparks your joy beyond the retreat.

If you're craving a total soul rejuvenation, connecting deeper into your heart, and healing old wounds then this retreat is for you!
